Software License Agreement

By installing this Product, you are agreeing to become bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the

terms of this agreement, do not attempt to install this software package. Promptly return the unopened manual pages and the

other items (including written materials and binders or other containers to the place where you obtained them for a full refund.

By installing this Product, you are agreeing to become bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the

1. GRANT OF LICENSE. You may use this SOFTWARE (contained in this envelope) on a single

terminal connected to a single computer (i.e., one PC) only, unless a prior site license agreement exists with Systems, Software,

Technology Incorporated (hereinafter referred to as SST).

2. COPYRIGHT. The SOFTWARE is owned by SST and is protected under United States Copyright

laws and International Treaty provisions. Accordingly, you must treat the manual and the

software exactly as you would treat a book, except you may either (a) make one copy of

the SOFTWARE solely for backup or archival purposes or (b) transfer the SOFTWARE to a

single hard disk provided that you use the original diskette(s) solely for backup or

archival purposes. You may not copy the written materials accompanying the SOFTWARE.

3. OTHER RESTRICTIONS: You may not rent or lease this product, but you may transfer the

software and accompanying written materials on a permanent basis provided you retain no

copies and the recipient agrees to the terms of this Agreeement. You may not reverse engineer,

decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE. If the SOFTWARE is an update, any transfer must

include the update and all prior versions.

LIMITED WARRANTY: SST warrants that the SOFTWARE will perform substantially in

accordance with the accompanying written materials for a period of thirty (30) days

after receipt of this package, and any implied warranty(ies) on the SOFTWARE is

also limited to thirty (30) days. This limited warranty gives you specific legal

rights. Some states do not allow limitations on the duration of an implied warranty, so

the above limitation may not apply to you. The entire risk as to the results and performance

of this software is assumed by you.

CUSTOMER REMEDIES: SST's entire liability and your exclusive remedy shall be, at SST's

option, either return of the price paid, or repair or replacement of the SOFTWARE

that does not meet SST's Limited Warranty and which is returned to SST with a copy

of your receipt. This Limited Warranty is void if failure of the SOFTWARE or hardware

has resulted from accident, abuse, or misapplication. Any replacement SOFTWARE

will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty days,

whichever is longer.

EXCEPT AS PROVIDED ABOVE, SST DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,

INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS

FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WITH RESPECT TO THE SOFTWARE, DISKETTE(S), AND WRITTEN

MATERIALS. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. YOU MAY HAVE

OTHERS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL SST OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER

(INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS

INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, AND THE LIKE) ARISING OUT OF

THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THIS PRODUCT EVEN IF SST HAS BEEN ADVISED

OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. BECAUSE SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE

EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES,

THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Termination of License

This License is effective until terminated. You may terminate it by destroying the

original software, all copies of aforementioned software you have made, and all documentation

that was provided. This License will also terminate if you fail to comply with any

term or condition of this agreement. You agree, upon such termination, to destroy

all copies of the software and the documentation.
